CATL scouts Mexico for EV battery plant to supply Tesla, Ford

The world’s largest battery manufacturer for EVs is considering Ciudad Juarez, in the state of Chihuahua, and Saltillo, in Coahuila, according to people familiar with the deliberations, Bloomberg reported.
